Here I will discuss how cherries prevent us from health issues or diseases and what role it plays for our immune system and also how ​cherries prevent us from cancer.

1.Rich in High fibers:

​Cherries are highly rich in fibers. Can you imagine how many fibers in one cup of cherries?……

It’s an amazing fact that​ 1 cup of cherries has 300 grams of rich fibers​.

That’s amazing. High fibers mean food can be digested very well, it’s grateful for the digestive tract.

As cherries are highly rich in fiber. These rich fibrous fruits play a great role in absorption and digestion. These fibers help body wastes to eliminate from the body.
These fibers also prevent the body from a disease called​ constipation​. severe constipation may lead to death so must take enough cherries to compensate for the fibers needed.
Cherry’s intake also​ normalizes bowel movement​. Cherries play a major role in weight loss also.

2. Contains Antioxidants:

Cherries contain antioxidants. The red color of cherries means they are rich in antioxidants that prevent blood inflammation.

These antioxidants are very important in maintaining healthy blood vessels. Antioxidants in cherries ​enhance the thinking power​. These antioxidants contain Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and beta carotene, from vitamin A.

Cherries contain antioxidants and these antioxidants help our body to remove free radicals from our body. Free radicals cause cancer and ultimate death.


The use of cherries develops immunity against cancerous cells, in that way cherries prevent us from cancer also. They detoxify the waste products which produce in our body.

3. Lowers Cholesterol:

Almost all fruits help in controlling cholesterols but cherries particularly help in controlling and lowering the cholesterols and also blood pressure.


It is because cherries contain potassium. When potassium and sodium in our body are balanced they lower the blood pressure and also reduces heart problems to a great extent.


And also lowers the cholesterol level High cholesterols may lead to heavy joints pain.
